0:50.4	This is the Rob Carson Show. It's Monday. Welcome to it. Glad to have you here. I took Friday off. And I just kind of needed day off, just to kind of chill. I was going to, I was going to, I mentioned this in the first hour of you, if you missed it. I was going to take a day and just get out of the town. My, my sense, who I can call Redneck McGiver, my producer.
1:15.2	He said, Rob, you need to get out.
1:16.1	You need to go out and maybe see some nature, you know, kind of that Walden Pond kind of thing.
1:20.6	And I said, okay, you know what, I'm going to do that.
1:22.5	I am going to do that.
1:23.4	I'm going to take Buck my Bronco.
1:25.1	I'm going to take the top off of Buck the Bronco. And I'm going to drive out into Missouri.
1:29.4	And I'm going to get back to my roots and all of that.
1:32.1	And so I got an arrangement to fill in on Friday and everything.
1:35.7	You know, Ken Matthews was nice enough to do it.
1:37.8	And I wouldn't do it.
1:38.6	I just felt like I needed to the gym on Friday morning and and just a mate just turned just briefly just to answer my phone or something and torqued my back and and every 10 years or so I throw out the sciatic nerve and I know as soon as that happens I go okay uh oh uh oh oh oh and I know I'm going to be an agonizing pain for the next, at least three days,
2:03.5	even having trouble, you know, going to the bathroom on myself, like Joe Biden, like Joe Biden.
