1:13.6 | Today we have the exciting opportunity to begin a new locus and to discuss the doctrine of Christ. |
1:23.6 | And this usually goes by the name Christology. Christology is going to be the theology |
1:32.3 | or the study of Christ. And as we'll see, there are two major aspects to Christology. One will be the person of Christ, |
1:43.3 | and the other will be the work of Christ. |

1:50.3 | The person of Christ seeks to answer the question, who is Jesus Christ? |
1:56.9 | The work of Christ tries to answer the question, what did he do? |

2:09.2 | and the work of Christ is principally occupied with the doctrine of the atonement. |
2:15.7 | And so over the coming months, we'll be talking about these two important Christian doctrines. |
