Michigan men's basketball on Tuesday night suffered a loss that, let's face, it was very similar

to what we've seen throughout the course of this frustrating, now 14 and 12 season.

Some good, some positives with a very important qualifier alongside.

The Wolverines held Wisconsin without a field goal in the final 1045 of this game.

That was 0 of 15 for a streak for Wisconsin,

and they were just 33% from the floor as a team.

The qualifier, though, was 15 offensive rebounds.

Now, Wisconsin only ended up with eight second chance points

off those 15 offensive rebounds,

but ultimately, it stunted momentum.

It stopped and halted what could have been a really impressive defensive set, and it limited

what Michigan could do offensively by taking away possessions.

And in a game where you lose by five and had every chance to win it down in the stretch,

every possession matters.

Individually, some of those qualifiers, Kobe Buffkin led the Wolverines with 21 points.

He was three of four from deep.

He was assertive, but he had five of Michigan's 12 turnovers, which is a pretty high

number for them, one shy of their second most over the course of the season.

Hunter Dickinson had another double double.

The qualifier, he missed more shots than he made.

Will Cheddar, who will hear from Coach Howard about in a little bit.

He made his first collegiate start with Terrence Williams the second out with a knee bruise.
