As Sunday's game in London played out, it was tough not to think that you were watching two pretty

similar basketball teams. Of course, the obvious was the individual matchup people were salivating over

coming into this. Oscar Sheebway, the reigning national player of the year against Michigan's

brash big man Hunter Dickinson. And well, listen, both delivered statistically. Dickinson led everybody with 23 points.

He had nine rebounds, played 35 minutes.

Shibway, he's not necessarily a huge score,

even last year when he was the national player of the year.

And he's still working back from an injury.

He suffered late in the offseason.

Sheewe had 13, but he's the best rebounder in the country, 14 rebounds in his 31 minutes

of action.

Also, you could tell that both head coaches are still trying to figure some things out,

determine what exactly their rotations will look like come conference play,

come the stretch run of the season.

For Michigan, look no further than the fact that two players who did not play a single

second on Tuesday night against Virginia were pretty consequential to this one.

Will Cheddar was part of the first wave of subs into the game during the first and second halves.

Isaiah Barnes, who had just five total points throughout this season coming in,

he had two big threes in the first half when Michigan was in some trouble with Jet Howard

picking up two quick fouls.

And ultimately, the game played out similarly. This was an even
