I'm doing good Sam how are you back from your tour yes absolutely do jet lag

jet lag but loving life still brilliant well I going to be talking to Simon throughout the whole

show and getting the low down on each track. It is going to be fun fact central guys.

So for the next 90 minutes we're going to be looking back over the last 20 years of the label

the records the parties and everything in between a hell a lot to get through so let's

But right now, let's take it back to where it all began.

1999 and the release of Soul Searcher can't get enough.

Simon, tell me how did this record come about?

Well, it's a story well told,

but for the 20th anniversary, I believe it's worth telling again actually. So I was at a label called

AMPM. It was a very successful label. We had a number of top 10 hits, Alternate 3 and Moose T Horny.

And we did all the remixes for Janet Jackson, the police, etc.

And so I got offered the opportunity to start my own label and I've been working with the guys from

Sulfuric Records, Mark Polroy and Brian Tappert and this record came along.
