Oh, I have missed you guys feels like for ever since I sat in the

hot seat if you're wondering where I was last week well I was struck down with a

pretty severe virus which resulted in me having to not only cancel last week's show Big Up Monkey

for stepping in but also my gig in Argentina. So if anyone is listening from

Argentina, my sincere apologies it couldn't be helped and I absolutely hate cancelling shows.

I've only really been feeling normal the last couple of days.
