Donald De La Hay, aka Destroying on YouTube. With over 5 million subscribers and 30 plus million

views per month, Destroying is someone who is absolutely reinventing and revolutionizing how we

watch sports, specifically football. The standout series on his channel is without a doubt

his one-on-ones. Hundreds, and as you'll hear, sometimes thousands of players will show up at these

events and go head to head to see who can catch the ball or swat it away. And many times there's

cash prizes upwards of $10,000 on the line for the overall winner of the day.

These videos have captured the attention of major brands like Neutrogena, but also sports leagues like

the XFL and the NFL, both of which D is partnered with. In this episode, we not only get into

his insanely profitable business, the recipe for his

one-on-one series, but also into his origin story. He has a really unique story that goes all the

way back to him playing college football at the University of Central Florida as a kicker.
