Let me talk to you very quickly. I want you turn your Bibles to John chapter 12.

Some of you will notice, I just want to kind of prep this text. Some of you will notice that on the screens

under the QR code to give, it says something like, we kindly ask that you would not talk or keep

talking to a minimum during the offering video. And unfortunately, that probably feels extreme to some people. But to me, that's indicative of a

unintentional ignorance of how to be in God's presence.

Our streams, while we have been blessed by a certain liberty that came probably on the heels of dead religion for many of the

leaders of our streams they probably were raised in pretty tight stiff religious environments and

like what is so common the pendulum swings to the other side

very easily but oftentimes we fall into a ditch on the other side of the road without knowing

and what i'm going to what i'm asking you guys to do is to trust me as a pastor to lead you into the greater

depths of Jesus Christ.

One of the challenges I've been having recently personally, and I've had the chance to talk about this

with some incredible spiritual fathers and leaders is that it can sometimes be hard for me to watch the nations and thousands and hundreds of thousands

applaud and get really excited and then I leave going there's so much more I wish they knew

and we don't get there by not celebrating what the Lord is doing.

I don't want to say that.

But there is a much holier expression, much more heavenly expression of church that the Lord is wanting to give us
