In the great state of Wyoming, a legislation has been drafted that would make it illegal to intimidate others with your genitals.

You just cannot do anything anymore.

A Wyoming law already addresses public indecency, but it only extends to the exposure of people's

private parts with an intent of arousing sexual desire for themselves

or another person. There's nothing on the books about if that exposure is for the purpose of intimidation or harassment.

So now we're going to go ahead and have legislation.

It will probably be passed to make flashing or the exposing of oneself to intimidate others

illegal.
