Hey folks, Aaron here. Welcome back to another edition of Deeper Lore, a bonus episode that's

designed to serve as a topical guide to the most recent episode of lore. Very simply put, we have

over 350 episodes and it's difficult to track on ones that a new episode might remind you of.

Since I have access to the spreadsheet and you do not,

it means that I can recommend episodes to you

that pair nicely with the one that came out this week.

And that, in a nutshell, is the purpose of deeper lore.

This week for episode 290, Growing Pains, we regressed to our childhood to explore some of

the folklore and stories that children have whispered for centuries.

But it's not the first time that we've discussed tales at the intersection of folklore and

childhood.

So here are three older episodes that should pair up nicely with this week's new one.

First up, episode 24, A Stranger Among Us.

This one dates all the way back to our very first year on the air, 2015.

And it's one of my favorites for a very specific reason.

It tackles a common story from our

childhood through the lens of actual historical events, turning what was already a creepy
