Anyway, some people have wondered a bit too loudly, I might add, if deeper

Everyone has heard of Sherlock Holmes, and most people know that those famous detective

novels were written by a guy named Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

But far fewer people remember that he sort of lived a double life.

By day he was writing these very logical stories, right?

The stereotypical detective novels where cold hard facts win the day but when he wasn't writing

he was obsessed with spiritualism in a way that few people have ever been.
