0:06.1	today. Today is Wednesday, May 8th. It's the first day of our study, deep waters. We're going to be
0:13.2	talking about the power of the tongue, you guys. Things mean things, words have impact. And for the whole
0:19.2	month of May, we're going to be studying the impact of our words and learning how we can become more
0:24.8	like Christ and impact the world for the gospel. This is episode number 763. Stick around. I think
0:31.5	you're going to be encouraged. So wow, you guys, May 8th. What in the world is going on? I feel like
0:46.9	the time is going by so fast today. I leave for mobile Alabama, J and I and my daughter, C era,
0:54.4	and Melissa, we will all be in mobile for the Teach them Dildigently Conference. We are so excited
1:01.4	to be there. I love speaking for Teach them Dildigently. I know that they are doing an
1:05.7	incredible work to bring families into right relationship with each other and then with the
1:11.7	Lord. And of course, a lot of the focus that we have when we're out on the road at conferences
1:15.9	like this is homeschooling. But you guys have heard me say many times that homeschooling is not the
1:21.6	answer. Jesus is the answer. And really that is my heart is just to encourage you toward a right
1:27.7	relationship with the Lord. So if you guys are anywhere near mobile, Alabama, come on out. I'll be
1:32.7	the opening speaker on Thursday, May 9th. So coming out, you're not going to want to miss that
1:37.7	opening keynote. And I'm really excited about it. So also for goodness sake, you guys, Mother's Day
1:44.0	is coming up right around the corner. And I have been privileged to speak there for abundant
1:49.5	life church in Lee's Summit. So I'll be doing all three services there. We're going to be talking
1:54.0	about the power of parenting and the power of shepherding and what God has to say about this next
2:00.3	generation. So whether you're a mother or you've got influence in life of a child or you're a shepherd,
2:05.6	you're shepherding the your children in the role of a father, the Bible has very, very strong words
2:11.9	about how important that is in the context of the spiritual battle that we find ourselves in.
