Today we have another of our Deep Trouble series.

Deep Trouble is an exclusive series found only here on Adventure Rider Radio.

It's stories from riders who've experienced catastrophes, breakdowns, injuries, getting lost,

and other situations that's led them into deep trouble.

Of course, no one wants to run into deep trouble, but let's face it,

if there were no threat to dodge, no line in the sand to skirt, no precip wants to run into deep trouble, but let's face it, if there were no threat to

dodge, no line in the sand to skirt, no precipitous edge to approach. Of course, there would be

no adventure. And because adventure lives in that gray zone between safety and danger,

it's all about riding the gray zone, your gray zone, whatever that is. Our deep trouble

series is about helping you ride in that gray zone without crossing into danger.

We do that by hearing stories of those who've fallen into trouble, struggled and returned with lessons for all of us on how to avoid deep trouble,

or maybe how to deal with it if you find yourself in a situation.

On this episode of Deep Trouble, we're in the

UK. We've got two riders that are riding in mid Wales on a trail called the Strata, Florida.

It's November, it's wet, and the Strata, Florida is known for its water crossings. Their plan is

simple. It's just to get out and ride and have a good time and come back at night and stay at a farm.

But as you're going to hear, conditions quickly change in the hills of Wales.

And something that seems like a straightforward thing can quickly turn into a much bigger problem.

And after this, we're going to have Chris Birch on to talk about some riding techniques that will
