that we rented on a highway just outside of Marion, Arkansas.

By the spring of 2019, we were frustrated.

Just like everyone else who had looked into Isodore's case over the years,

this family, civil rights lawyers, the NAACP, we'd hit a wall,

and it was time to shake things up.

So we put up a billboard.

In a deep black background, we wrote a simple question in huge white letters,

And below the question, we added a phone number, a tip line.

Banks was a farmer and a father, a businessman, and a veteran of World War I.
