Hello everyone. Welcome to another episode of Sleep and Relax ASMR.

This episode we are going to do a deep sleep meditation which should help you fall into, well, a deep restful sleep. I want to start tinkering around with sort of the volume of my voice either spoken,

sort of gentle speaking like I'm doing now or a whisper.

I'd be curious to know after you, well after you wake up, hopefully in the morning, what kind of voice you'd like me to use

It's for you, it's for your relaxation, it's for your comfort, so I am genuinely soliciting your opinion there.

But let's just jump right into it.

So as always, let's make sure that you are on your back with your hands in a comfortable position.

They can be on your thighs, your stomach, whatever makes you feel most comfortable. And of course you can change your position at any time you need to in order to become more comfortable.

But for now, I'd like to have you lay on your back, preferably on your bed, couch, wherever you typically like to sleep. I want you to scan your body. How are you feeling right now?

During this meditation we'll be identifying tension points throughout your body and
