0:12.0	This is a deep sleep meditation, the intention to take you to heaven and allow you to sleep in that heavenly realm.
0:26.0	In this realm, all things are possible.
0:29.8	And you feel an absolute bliss and total healing.
0:35.7	You can enter into heaven at any time it is within you.
0:40.5	And what better place to rest and recharge than the heavenly realm?
0:49.3	So take a moment and prepare to sleep in your bed, adjusting the sheets and pillow and getting so comfortable for the night ahead. Relax.
1:37.3	Relax. Let go of any tensions you might be holding in your body from your day. Quickly scan your body.
1:41.3	Feel the muscles in your body.
1:52.4	Is there any place in your body in which you're holding tension, squeezing your muscle for no reason?
2:01.4	Relax and let go.
2:06.5	Feel yourself sink into your bed.
2:21.3	Tune in to the particles, molecules, atoms, and energy all around you.
2:34.6	For a moment, I'd like you to scan your day. From the moment you woke up to the moment you went to sleep.
2:40.3	Neutrily scan the day, everything that happened.
2:45.2	This way you won't bring any of this stuff into your sleep.
3:10.3	Thank you. any of this stuff into your sleep. The The I'm Now, take a moment to scan your body further and consciously relax every part of your body.
