0:11.5	This deep sleep meditation is designed to accelerate your manifestations.
0:19.3	Sometimes it may feel like it's taking forever for you to manifest
0:24.0	your desires, to manifest that experience. Whatever it is that you want to manifest, you might be
0:31.0	delaying that manifestation. So the intention of this deep sleep meditation is to accelerate the
0:37.4	manifestation process by reprogramming
0:40.5	your internal beliefs about manifestation and opening your divine mind into a higher realm of consciousness
0:49.7	that allows you to fully manifest efficiently in the fastest way possible.
0:57.0	Of course there are things that have their own schedule when it comes to manifesting.
1:02.0	And in some cases you have no control over the time it takes.
1:06.0	It takes nine months to birth a baby.
1:10.0	But there are many times that we manifest and slow down our manifestations with our doubts,
1:16.7	with our thoughts and actions.
1:19.4	And the goal is to reprogram this portion of our consciousness to allow for the full
1:25.8	and complete manifestation in the fastest possible way.

1:36.1	Go about getting comfortable in your bed.
1:43.3	Find that perfect position as you lay down and as you get comfortable you take it an intentional deep breath.
2:06.6	Hold it for a moment and exhale.
2:12.6	Feel your cool breath, cooling down the body.
2:23.3	And as you exhale, feel the heat leaving your body.
2:44.6	And as you focus on your breath, your you gently scan your body for any tensions you might be holding.
