0:10.6	Today is an important sleep meditation. We will open ourselves to receive.
0:18.6	Much of what you do in the practice of prayer and manifestation and reality creation
0:23.8	is a process of asking and visualizing. But many of us have not learned the art of receiving.
0:32.6	We must put ourselves in a state in which you are open and receptive to the miracles in your life.
0:43.9	This practice will help you open to receiving those miracles.
0:52.5	Ask and it will be given to you.
0:56.1	Seek and you will find.
0:59.2	Knock and it will be open to you.
1:02.4	For everyone who asks receives.
1:05.9	And he who seeks finds and to him who knocks it will be opened sometimes we get so stuck in our mindset
1:16.0	that we become judgmental and we don't open ourselves to the myriad of creative possibilities
1:22.3	that can serve us so through this practice allow yourself to flex those receiving muscles,
1:31.2	to practice being open-minded, open to love, open to peace and prosperity, open to creative solutions.
1:41.0	Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position, whatever is most calling you now.
1:48.6	Trust what your body wants.
1:53.0	When you feel ready, lovingly close your eyes and begin to tune your awareness to your internal landscape noticing your breath and your presence in your body in this moment.
2:26.3	Allowing the air to flow freely and naturally. feeling feeling a sense of freedom in the breath
2:47.2	giving it as few restrictions as possible
2:50.3	by letting your abdomen muscles be loose and soft,
2:56.7	feeling expansion on every in-breath, receiving the breath, and release on every out-breath.
3:08.9	Trusting whatever flow of breath your body most needs right now.
