scene where we go to a valley in the mountains. Maybe looking a bit like Yosemite National

Park and we wander through the valley on the trees and take a little boat ride and see

the setting sun and hear the birds doing their nighttime chorus before you gently fall

So that's begin. To prepare for this experience please get as comfortably settled as you can

now close your eyes and inhale deeply. Hold it for three or four seconds and then breathe

out slowly. Let's breathe in again deeply. Hold for four or five seconds and then just

relax and exhale out gently. Like a balloon gently deflating. Put one hand on your chest

and one hand on your stomach and try and focus your breathing through the stomach area.

So your shoulders don't move and your stomach gently moves in and out as you take deep

relaxing soothing breath. You want to make sure that you focus your breathing in the stomach

area rather than your shoulders because that is called upper chest breathing and that

way you don't breathe in oxygen efficiently and it can also cause more stress and anxiety

if you breathe this way. So let's inhale again one more time to the count of one two three

four five six seven then hold for one two three four five and exhale out to one two three

four five six seven eight and if you would like to you can take a few more deep breaths

and let's continue breathing easily and gently and you can find your breathing becoming peaceful

and calm. As you breathe deeply like this you're moving into a very peaceful deep tranquil
