And let's begin. I would like you to take three deep breaths. Inhale, then exhale. Inhale, taking a deep breath through your stomach and then gently out, exhaling.

You want to make sure that your exhales are longer than your inhales. And as you take these big deep nourishing breaths you are starting to feel more relaxed.

Imagine that you are sitting on a grassy area. It's nighttime. You feel safe and comfortable. Imagine that you are warm and comfortable.

The nice guy is clear and the stars are bright and you see in front of you a very bright twinkling star.

As you look at the star you notice that it is starting to move. The star is slowly starting to fall in slow motion.

You watch the star as it descends down with through the dark sky. As it falls slowly you feel the muscles on your head start to relax.
