This isn't your average business podcast, and he's not your average host.

I can't stand small talk, like if I'm in a, all the time actually, I'm in situations

whether it's like a meeting or a conference or a party for some cause or whatever, and I'm

just standing there and I don't really like small talk, like, like, oh, how did the Patriots

doing football last weekend or what you do today or things like that.

But I do think questions and curiosity are a great way to get to know people.

Like Robin, when we meet new people and I start asking a lot of questions, you always

say, oh, he's going into podcast mode.

Like it's almost like you have to explain my behavior, like I'm doing something wrong.

Oh, he's a podcast.

I think it's great.

Don't worry.

He's asking so many questions, he's a podcast, but I legitimately get really curious.

And maybe I do go into podcast mode or maybe when I'm doing a podcast, I go into curiosity

mode that I normally like to be like, I like to find out about people.

And I've spent a lot of time going on Quora over the years, Quora is that Q and A website.

I think I'm like the fifth or sixth most followed person on Quora, even though I haven't

posted there in years.

But there's another writer who was always really great, who always posted on Quora all the

time.
