Yeah, you ever have this first reading sense that,

that no matter how hard you try, life is always sending something your way that was unexpected,

that just messes up your plans, and even when you're trying to get everything going the right way,

when you're trying to cooperate with God, it seems like sometimes God is not cooperating with you.

You know what, there's this old adage that, what, hindsight is 2020?

The foresight's the problem, we all seem to go into the future blind.

Now, frankly, there's some of you who just know that great at hindsight either,

because hindsight takes reflection, and some of you don't spend enough time thinking about what just happened,

so it just keeps happening over and over again.

So if you keep living your past over and over again, you need to work at hindsight.

Today I'm going to talk about foresight, save this talk for later,

and just work on learning from the mistakes in the past that you can create it for future,

so your past doesn't have to be a future.

But for most of us, our challenge is really about foresight.

I get to spend some time with some of the brightest people in the world,

and in fact this week I had lunch with one of my friends, Charlie Lou,

and I never know what we're going to talk about when we're hanging together.

You know, we can talk about spirituality, we can talk about business,
