All right, guys, this is the Deep in the Hunt of Texas podcast, coming to you live from Fort Worth, Texas.

We are late here on a Wednesday night, getting this one out right under the gun.

We've had some technical difficulties. The touchscreen of my laptop just decided to completely

nuke itself and kind of had to do some Googling here and had to do some canceling. So we're just going to do a

solo episode. I think this is actually going to go with the theme of things we've been trying.

I don't know if this will be a reoccurring thing. I don't know how long I can talk for.

We're going to find out. But I think it's a good opportunity to test my skills a little bit

and hopefully take you along for the ride um today what i really want to get into is kind of

you know i don't want to call it lease management i don't want to call it ranch management i

almost even don't want to call it offseason management. Just kind of all things under deer off season in the state of Texas that I'm doing.

And, you know, some things that I've tried that I've found successful, some things I've done

that I've not found successful. And this is kind of a good time of year to prune things up a little bit around your ranch,

your lease, your property, whatever you want to call it, and really start to move that needle
