Of all markets, Dallas led the U.S. out of the Great Recession. Great job growth, outstanding cash flows, high rental demand and lots of inventory. Pre-recession, Dallas was a ho-hum appreciation market. Post-recession, Dallas has been an equity generating machine. Funny how that works.
