So this episode, we're going to be talking about TTP. We're going to start with the broad

strokes. What is TTP? Who gets TTP? And how does it

typically present? Then we're going to talk diagnosis and compare TTP to other similar diseases.

And then finally, we'll talk about the treatment. So number one, what is TTP?

TTP is a disorder caused by a severe deficiency of this enzyme called atom TS-13, which ultimately

leads to the inappropriate systemic formation of microthrombi throughout the vascular system.
