What a huge episode this is.

The Packers find their new defensive coordinator, Jeff Halfley, head coach out of Boston

College, which none of us, not you, not me, not anyone saw coming

and absolutely out of nowhere higher for Matt LaFleur. It does go to show you just how secretive

they're able to keep some things in Green Bay, which I'm sure we're going to discuss a little bit,

but there is so much to get to with this conversation. We're going to talk about what he

brings to the table, his background, and we're going to really go through this conversation. We're going to talk about what he brings to the table,

his background, and we're going to really go through this in a very similar process to all the

other defensive coordinator interview candidates and deep dives that we've done so far. If you've

been following along, we really went into all these different candidates and what they bring.

I wanted to do it in a very similar way today because even though as I went through

it, I knew that he's the defensive coordinator rather than thinking he could be the defensive

coordinator like I did with the other candidates. I wanted to use the same process so A, we can

kind of compare and contrast. But B, so I could kind of go into this and try to not have rose-tinted
