You've wrote multiple publications books.

You've been everywhere, but your current book that you get on pre-release on July 25th. I think what a time for a book like that to come out

with everything going on in the world and all you got to do is look at stats and for a guy like yourself to dive into that, not that you have him before, but you had to have seen, and I always like to ask people how they got where they're at but I will get to that later but I've seen guys

write these books and they're taking advantage of the time that we're in so you know it's a crappy time whatever so I'm just going to reword something put it out because I have a big

following and make money but obviously if anybody knows anything about you that's not the type of guy that you are you know it's true

Well, you're first thank you so much for having your pleasure. I would have loved to meet you in person as we were originally supposed to. Hopefully we'll do that another time.

I'm always envious of people who either live in Southern California or in your case, I think it's Palm Beach so consider yourself envied sir.

Yeah, so thank you for that opening question.

So the way that I thought about writing this book,

I actually discuss it in the first year. The way that I thought about writing this book,

I actually discuss it in the first chapter of the book.

I found that oftentimes whenever I would wait in

with something positive in my social media engagement.

That oftentimes was the stuff

that would get the most, you know, positive feedback.

So of all the times that I've been on Joe Rogan's show, probably the clip that is, you know, the most commented on is when I described, you know, what is what was my secret to losing all the weight that I did and going back to being slim.

Yeah. And so I've never thought about sort of entering the happiness, you know, book writing market.

But I saw the kind of reaction that it instilled in people.

And they often wrote to me saying,
