So this is an interesting thing because there are several reasons in my experience existing with an author in the house, that Scott may choose a location.

Sometimes it's about a physical tether.

Sometimes it's about an emotional tether.

Sometimes it's because he lives in San Francisco and wants to write about San Francisco.

And I want to talk a little bit about how you choose some of those things.

This is part of the secret sauce of the writing world.

Choosing the right location, I won't say it'll make or break a story, but it will make or break a story.

Because the right location has to resonate with the creator, with the author.
