of high knees, two hours of treatment, one hour of elbow shoulder rotations, a nap, and another

hour of film. Give him some video of Russ talking about it. Yeah, yeah. Can I say something about

the video of Russ talking about it? I thought he came off as pretty likable in that video

even though he's describing a very annoying thing. I would imagine he was asked what he did in the

flight, right? He didn't impromptu bring it up. I would hope. Guys before he gets started.

I don't know. Yeah, I guess he would. It could just be as simple as like what you do on what

you do on the flight. Could be. Yeah, be a good question. I mean, a stout question by somebody.

I wouldn't care what he did, but well, part of it, right? He's been hurt. Like, how do you,

are you worried about your hamstring on a long flight? What if that's just a kind of basic question?

Could be. Again, I would give that credit for a very specific question to whoever did that.

Yeah, you know, I'll give him credit. I thought the answer was pretty douchey. Not, you're right. The

the execution, like his actual talking, he kind of smiling in a good mood. To me, it's more about like

there's like an unspoken thing. I think with the quarterbacks and the coaches, you know,

coaches don't constantly speak about what time they're getting up because no one really wants to hear.

How many hours of film they watch? Yeah, I think most of them are almost like there's an

insecurity about being careful about not speaking about it. I think quarterbacks kind of like that,

too. Like we don't truly know what a quarterbacks week works looks like, but we kind of know like

Peyton Manning, Drew Breeze, Tom Brady, some of these guys do come crazy shit, but we never really

hear them like remember when the dude that retired from the Saints who then became their play-by-play
