Hello, welcome back to the Dato download podcast, a USC baseball podcast presented by USCF Football.com, the Pairstile podcast family shows. I'm your own shotgun sprangling alongside my co-host Casey Casley. Casey, how are we feeling today? I'm feeling great. USC baseball is 7 and 0. That's a better start than last year. You know, so it's just got to keep things rolling and we're going to have some good coverage of the team coming up. So I'm excited.

Yeah, that's the best start. It's better to start than last year and the year before, the year before, the year before, all the way back to 2015. The last time that USC started out 7-0 in a season, that season, they started 12 and 0. We'll see if they can get that big weekend coming up against Cal Poly four games. that's going to be tough to get a four-game sweep there.

But we'll see what the Chargers can do. The way they're pitching might be possible. We'll talk about that a little bit later. This week on the data download, we'll be looking at USC's sweep of rice for three well-pitched games for USC.

We'll be talking about the starting

pitching, which has been phenomenal, like, best in the country. Good, so far on the weekends.

We'll also be taking a look forward at their upcoming matchups against Cal Poly, a team that

is Cal Poly. That's not a good opponent necessarily right. Now, this is the NCAA tournament team coming off a trip to the NCAA tournament that brought back a lot of pieces.

So this will be a big matchup for USC should be a decent RPI matchup by the end of the season as well.
