We speak with Joshua from Resilion, a consulting agency that works with regenerative farmers across South America, as well as

here in the southeastern United States. We talk about the actual practice of grazing, as well as

the settler colonial mindset that infiltrates a lot of regenerative agriculture. So hopefully you

Joshua, thanks so much for taking the time to chat with us. First, can you tell our audience

a little bit about yourself and your work with Resilion?

Well, thanks for having me here.

I'm excited to be a part of this podcast.

I, well, my name is Joshua.

I am a regenerative agricultural specialist,

and my main focus in the past 10 years has been designing, building out, and managing profitable regenerative farms around the world, basically.

And a lot of that has fallen under the kind of the umbrella of my consulting firm.

So pretty small. It's mostly just me.

But I do freelance out to some pretty awesome friends for things that they're specialized in that I don't really know anything about like hydrological engineering.

And, you know, kind of a generalist within regenerative agriculture.

I work in, you know, cash crops, So, you know, vegetables, food crops,

you name it, cover crops. And but my, probably what impassions me the most is being

a pasturist, you know, being passionate about pastures, about grazing, specifically regenerative grazing.
