a little bit about yourself and your work with Resilion?

Well, thanks for having me here.

I'm excited to be a part of this podcast.

I, well, my name is Joshua.

I am a regenerative agricultural specialist,

and my main focus in the past 10 years has been designing, building out, and managing profitable regenerative farms around the world, basically.

And a lot of that has fallen under the kind of the umbrella of my consulting firm.

So pretty small. It's mostly just me.

But I do freelance out to some pretty awesome friends for things that they're specialized in that I don't really know anything about like hydrological engineering.

And, you know, kind of a generalist within regenerative agriculture.

I work in, you know, cash crops, So, you know, vegetables, food crops,

you name it, cover crops. And but my, probably what impassions me the most is being

a pasturist, you know, being passionate about pastures, about grazing, specifically regenerative grazing.
