| 0:51.3 | I was full of optimism and enthusiasm at the beginning of this, and I have found it more difficult than I thought. |

| 1:44.5 | Like I'll get that feeling of I need to declutter. |

| 1:48.0 | And I will do two or 300 things in the one go, like over a day or so. |
| 1:54.3 | Whereas this is, and I'm trying really hard, not always doing it, but this is meant to be a daily practice of letting go. |
