I'm Bob Harris. Before we get to Sunday's biggest injuries, let's look at tonight's double header.

Starts in Detroit with two Buccaneers wide receivers being listed as questionable.

Veteran Mike Evans is likely to play while rookie Emeka Ibuka has a real chance to be on the

field against the Lions, a source told ESPN's Adam Schaefter on Saturday. Both Evans and

Abuka will be game time decisions, Coach Todd Bowles said. Evans returned to practice this week after

missing three games due to a hamstring strain suffered in week three against the Jets. He practiced

Thursday, had a rest day Friday, and was back participating Saturday. In a surprise move, Abuka practiced Saturday in a

limited capacity after missing Thursday and Friday due to hamstring strain he suffered in week

six against the 49ers. He did not play the second half of that game. Abuka underwent an MRI

on Wednesday to determine the severity the strain is

reportedly considered mild. Sources previously told Schaefter that if Abuka can't go against Detroit,

he's expected to have a chance to play in week eight at the New Orleans Saints. I've ranked

Abuka as if he'll play in what's a very favorable matchup against the depleted Detroit

secondary, but I do it realizing the range of outcomes includes the possibility of Bucca, and even Evans for that matter, could be pregame scratches. So you have to prepare for the worst, even as you hope for the best. First, move the questionable players into the flex positions, if possible, to give you the maximum fallback options available. Then make sure you have a fallback. The Buccaneers versus Lions is the earlier of the two games, Seattle and Houston, playing the other half of the double header, so you'll have some options. Ted Johnson could do more for the Buccaneers if Fubukas ham screen isn't right before the game. Other options for Monday night could include guys like the Seahawks wide receivers, Torrey Horton or Cooper Cup, Texans wide receivers Jaden Higgins and Xavier Hutchinson.

Detroit's Isaac Tesla or Tampa Bay's Cameron Johnson are further down the list.

One player who isn't is Texans wide receiver Christian Kirk who will miss tonight's game against the Seahawks with a hamstring injury.

Turning to Sunday's games, the commander's quarterback Jane Danielss, suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's 44-22 loss to the Cowboys. Daniels' leg twisted awkwardly as Cowboys linebacker Samar James pulled the quarterback to the ground for a sack in the third quarter. Daniels got up to his feet and limped to the sideline with the help of teammates before heading to the locker room. He has quickly ruled out. Marcus Marriota took over, with the commander's trailing 34 to 15. The veteran threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown. Sunday's game was Daniel's third start back after missing two games with a left knee injury. Pro Football Talk.com's Mike Floreo is told that early indications are the hamstring injury is not serious, and MRI will nevertheless be performed today, according to head coach Dan Quinn. The commanders were without receivers Terry McLoran, who missed the four straight game with an injured quadriceps. Debo Samuel, who was ruled out Saturday due to the same heel bruise he's played through the previous two weeks, and Noah Brown, who was placed on Iowa with a groin injury

last week. The commanders have lost two in a row. They're currently three and four. They face the chiefs

next Monday night. We'll obviously be following Daniel, Samuel, and McLaren closely in coming days.
