Kwame, from the middle part of America, the heart of America, as we say. I am based in and around

Wichita, Kansas. My background is in police crisis negotiations, but I have made

that transition to a business negotiator as well, running a small business centered on speaking

and conducting workshops in listening and negotiations, but also running. I have a bunch of rental

properties, so managing those as a real estate investor, and I have five children. So those are a

totally different sort of negotiation that requires a lot of emotional control. And my background

being in police work and then in the business world and running a large family with young people

becoming adults, I deal a lot with deception. And I think that's why we're

hooking up today for a nice conversation. Absolutely. And it is incredible. We are now about 152 episodes in or so.
