What is up, you guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy, happy, happy Friday. I have an episode that I'm

really, really excited about today. And I was first inspired by this TikTok I saw. The users,

I'm sorry, the creator's at is at unconventional underscore gift. I'm going to link it in the show

notes because it's literally an incredible TikTok. Like it's, it's really great. I'm going to break it down

for you today. And then I was secondarily inspired by my time at Coachella because basically I got so many

like notes in AMA, so many DMs saying, I, I just feel so happy that you're still having

fun. And this is one of the comments that I get most when people come up to me is women in their

30s and 40s and beyond saying,

I just love how you are still having fun and you know, you make me or younger girls will say to me,

you know, I'm so happy you make me not afraid to be 30. And I have always said, I think the fear

around aging for women is a huge, huge pain in the ass because it is

100% holding us back. It is making us have scarcity mindset. So today's podcast is going to be

about de-centering your age. And so first I'm going to go through the TikTok and then I'm going to

kind of go through my thoughts and how I think about aging. So basically this entire TikTok is about

how life is your mindset and about how a lot of the conditioning that we have as women is from,

comes from the patriarchy, comes from the pressure on women to make choices that benefit the

patriarchy okay right so think about it if and no this is not going to be super woke like oh my god

fuck the patriarchy the whole time this is like something that i think about often and it's really

important for you guys so just if you feel like oh this is going to be too woke it's not think about

all the things that you guys call me or write to me about being stressed about oh i'm not in the right

timeline i am so worried about being too old i am so scared because you know i i've had girls call me

legit at 25 and say i'm so scared i'm not where I thought I need to be.
