| 1:48.9 | actually created back in September. Now that deal was voted down by several of the railroad unions, |
| 1:54.6 | but Congress has used its powers to force the deal onto workers. And the bill now heads to Joe Biden |
| 2:00.9 | and his desk where he has said he will sign it and very quickly. Now interestingly, there was one |
| 2:06.5 | companion bill that would have given the union folks what they really wanted, which was 15 days |
