1:43.6	House of Representatives have both passed a bill formalizing the deal that Joe Biden and his team
1:48.9	actually created back in September. Now that deal was voted down by several of the railroad unions,
1:54.6	but Congress has used its powers to force the deal onto workers. And the bill now heads to Joe Biden
2:00.9	and his desk where he has said he will sign it and very quickly. Now interestingly, there was one
2:06.5	companion bill that would have given the union folks what they really wanted, which was 15 days
