Rana Romney McDaniel delivered a two-page memo to White House chief of staff John Kelly

a few weeks before the Alabama special election outlining the parties collapsed with female

voters. Both the Washington Post and the New York Times have pieces up about the political

drama in Trump's White House. The post focused on Corey Lewandowski telling Trump the R&C has not

raised enough money even though it has raised

record sums, and he griped that he can no longer get his calls returned from the White House.

yesterday. We have exclusive photos in Playbook this morning. Republicans have passed their tax plan,

and now they are going into overdrive to sell it.

Politico's got a look at the massive GOP plan to sell the unpopular tax plan, including the Koch

network, launching a multi-million dollar push, a major GOP super PAC planning to spend $10 million to

protect House members, and another group,

the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, planning to spend the majority of its $1 million next year

on the tax plan. We've got two playbook scoops on air cover. The American Action Network is

running full-page ads, thanking Speaker Paul Ryan, and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady.

And the 45 Committee, funded by the Aedleson and Ricketts families, have a new Merry Christmas ad, which touts the tax reform bill.

It's airing nationally through next weekend as part of its $15 million spend on tax reform.
