Let's have a little look at some of the themes for December.

But before we do, because December is traditionally a month that can create or hold a certain amount of historic stress.

Usually with Christmas and all the effort and sometimes the over commercialism or the

over-scheduling that happens around Christmas, it can create a real frisson of energy the month of December. And I've known
