We'll lead off today's program with a report from the New York Times which claims that

for several years the Israeli government actively helped to prop up Hamas in Gaza by encouraging millions of dollars in

cash payments to the group. Later in the program we'll take a look at how

Israel's military has begun pumping seawater into Hamas's tunnels below Gaza

as part of an effort to destroy the underground infrastructure.
