So, Phil Perry, NBC Sports Boston said Malcolm Butler called his PFF retweet, the pro football

focus retweet after Monday nights' loss, a quote, big misunderstanding.

Not sure how it happened.

So someone took your phone, Malcolm, right after the game, and retweeted this information

about how the Patriots did blitzing against Jay Cutler in that loss, which you clearly

weren't happy about, was also a shot across the bow to the coaching staff, specifically

Matt Patricia Patricia in which

you obviously think he's a fat dunce and you don't know how it happened uh-huh i i will never

buy anyone that says that their phone has been hacked it's you did it you did it just don't

up to it you did it malcolm oh there's no way he did he just that's the lamest excuse

again because he retweeted something right right so to retweet No way. He did, he, I mean, just, that's the lamest excuse.

Again, because he retweeted something. Right. Right. So to retweet, you have to hit one button and then that gives you the option to retweet or quote the tweet. Can you do that on both the iPhone and the Android? Yeah. I'm joking. Yeah, because it's an app thing. So you have to hit the button twice, twice.

Like you can like something by accident, right? Because, oh, I didn't mean to hit that. And then unlike it, fine. But in his case, he had to hit it twice, twice. He absolutely did it on purpose. So I find this one of the most. And again, for other teams, this is nothing, but this is by Patriot standards, by Patriot standards, where if you ask a Patriot player in the locker room, what the weather's out, he won't tell you. You'll say, go ask coach, okay? So on the Patriots, where no one says anything. On the Patriots, this is one of the, what Butler did the other night to me is one of the biggest acts of defiance I've seen on the team in a long time. One of the biggest acts of insubordination I've seen on the team in a long time. Again, by Patriot standards, because they're so buttoned up. But in case you missed it, again, Pro Football Focus is a stat site out there. And they tweet out stats after games. So after the Monday night game, they tweeted, and if you're watching on the simulcast, Vin will put it up again. They tweeted out what the Patriots did when they blitzed Jay Cutler in that game. And they sucked. Jake Cutler lit them up when they blitz. Lit them up. 16 to 24, buck 86, two touchdowns and a passer rating of 138.8.

And they sent it out in a nice graphic with a picture of Jake Cutler and everything.

And Malcolm Butler retweeted it right after the game, which is saying, guys, why are we blitzing when he was torching us?

Or is he saying, we don't have anyone who can get after the passer, so why are we blitzing?

Or is he saying, I'm out here on an island man playing this defense because 24 on the other side has to play a certain call because he can't play zone versus man.

So we're blitzing, I'm stuck out here, and meanwhile, this bum Jake Cutler's lighting us up.

No matter what, there's no positive way to spend it. Exactly right. He's either calling out a coach, a scheme, or a teammate, or teammates. There's no other, that's what he's doing. That was an accident. Just one big misunderstanding. I didn't mean to retweet that specific thing that just had to do with the game I played in. Meanwhile, he got torched for one touchdown by the Dolphins' fourth receiver. I purposely forgot his name, number 19. Jaquim Grant. And then should have given up a second touchdown to this fella.
