Our guest this week is Brent Raines, who makes another appearance on the show.

Our co-hosts, of course, is Tim Swartz.

And Brent has some interesting books out,

such as visitors from Hidden Realms on the edge of reality

and John A. Keel, the man and the myth and the ongoing mysteries.

But, Brett, welcome back to the paracast, and I wanted to bring up that book, again, because we

talk about John Keel so often on the show, and that is, what was the myth?

Ah, well, Gene, it's, you know, sometimes there's a little truth of the myth, and then sometimes

it just leads us astray, but there's some things that, you know, in all things, in all

research, that has to be kind of cleared up sometimes.

With some of what I'd found in my book with what Keel had written,

there was some things that did need to be cleared up.

And he actually, when I corresponded with him back in the early days,

he tried to clear up, for example, some of the mistakes that appeared in his, I guess, Operation Trojan Horse and Strange Creatures in Time and Space that first appeared in 1970. And he said that he was given a galley to correct errors. He submitted his response, but the publisher didn't respond. They still used the way it was without his corrections.

Of course, he found out later that some of the information he has wasn't exactly right.

And of course, we know that when he was in West Virginia and he made the statement back in 67 that he was sky watching on a hilltop and the moon

did not appear until, you know, as it was supposed to, but it turned out that whatever information

he got from some newspaper was inaccurate. So in my book, I give the link to where you can actually
