It's amazing to me, Jeffrey, how these people like Rachelle Walinsky and Tony Fauci can

just parade in front of the camera, basically, gravel, you know, and say, oh, our bad, leave

it to us.

We're going to fix it on the problem.

Let us do our own investigations in here.

We totally messed up, but that's on us.

I mean, the way they do it without any sort of sense of actual morality or ethics or understanding

or admitting what actually went wrong, which was sort of hiding the truth from the public.

Right.

And for people just tuning in right now, you would have known this if you're watching

the highwire over the last two years, that the science, as we were taught to believe,

has failed in spectacular ways and continues to fail with absolutely devastating consequences

as we've reported over the last two years.

But the question really is, is this isolated within the walls of the CDC?

Is it just a couple of my bads on some scientists in the CDC?

One of the bed rocks of what we do here at the highwire is the question scientific consensus.

We don't just look at scientists or settle science and say, that's great.

You can use that now as, you know, wheeled that as an authoritarian hammer and command us

on what to do with our lives.

We investigate the science.

And now looking side to side with our viewers, we're all on the same level here, even new

viewers, we can look at this as through a whole new lens, something we've been reporting
