platform we launched earlier this year, focused in our first year on racial equity

and sustainability. The findings brought together a diverse set of leaders in the business world,

government, and nonprofit sector to gather as a community and engage in an open and robust

dialogue about racial equity and environmental sustainability. The conference included conversations

with cohort members, working group sessions, and powerful keynote interviews. Our goal was to engage

our community and bring together a dynamic group of leaders to amplify and create a space

for inclusive and equitable dialogue. Breaking down silos, we want to facilitate productive conversations that can translate

to collective action.
