Hey everyone, this is Ben Norton.

My co-host Max Blumenthal gave a speech talking about the Western propaganda campaign targeting China,

this disinformation campaign that is accusing Beijing of committing genocide against the Uyghur Muslim population of the province

of Xinjiang.

You've probably seen this all over Western media outlets.

Well, Max did something that none of these Western media outlets ever do.

He actually looked at the facts themselves.

He looked at the sourcing or the lack thereof,

and he just systematically picked apart a lot of these misleading propagandistic claims

that are underlying, they're at the heart of the U.S.-led New Cold War on China.

Max gave this speech as part of a panel discussion on Xinjiang and Western

disinformation that was hosted over on the YouTube channel of Friend of the Show, Daniel Dumbrell.

This is the anniversary of the criminal U.S. invasion of Iraq.

I think it actually took place on March 20th, but tonight was the night of shock and awe.

And that assault was preceded by a shock and awe level propaganda about Iraqi WMD.

And a previous assault on Iraq was precipitated by propaganda, cultivated by many of the same forces that

we've been discussing today about Iraqi forces taking Kuwaiti babies off incubators, was all proven

to be false. One million dead Iraqi civilians later.
