| 0:36.7 | And now, without further ado, I bring you Alex Hormosey. |
| 0:40.3 | This is so interesting. |
| 0:41.6 | So the way that I have always approached this is I am trying to get people to change their |
| 0:48.6 | frame of reference. |
| 0:50.8 | Frame of reference, speaking of things that need to be defined frame of reference to me are your |
| 0:55.2 | beliefs and values okay and see i didn't even think that's what you meant i thought i totally thought |
| 1:00.0 | you meant something different so this why we did yes exactly this is why you define things okay so |
| 1:04.2 | um and and i will say all of this in what i just heard you say is that where i'm coming at things |

Someone who is loyal when he's out and his wife isn't there, hot girl comes up and says, hey, want to get a drink. Value, it means a set of behaviors. I say no, or I say I'm married or no thank you, |
| 2:02.6 | whatever. And so values are skills because you can train them. |
| 2:09.6 | That's interesting. Values are skills. I would say the adherence to a value is a skill |
| 2:15.2 | that you can train, but if you have the wrong value that you adhere to, |
| 2:19.0 | you're going to be in trouble. Here's why I start with beliefs and values. I think so much of the |
| 2:24.1 | human animal is invisible to the person and that if they, they'll never be able to control their |
