We are now completing Trump's, basically Trump's first year of his second term.

And I thought now would be a good time to revisit some of the MAGA claims that were made,

they've been made for many years now, but in particular in 2024, about what he was going to be

able to do once in office.

I'd like to start with a bugaboo of mine,

and that is this constant story that he has been telling,

and now the whole Republican Party has joined in,

and honestly some parts of the Democratic Party, too,

namely that we have had this terrible decline in manufacturing jobs in America because we made bad trade deals
