This has been a rough one.

I'm recording this on Wednesday, November 9th and we all know what happened. It's been a

really really like shockingly emotionally painful day for I think so many people,

me among them.

And I just want to express gratitude to those of you who are listening to this.

Thanks for helping to, on a selfish level, make me feel like I'm participating in something

that is full of, you know, a community of of thoughtful funny honest

but we had not yet seen election day come and go. So I hope you enjoy it. I hope you're

optimistic world so I'm hoping that I will rise to the occasion in this case as

well and I want to thank

all the wonderful

social media kind of incoming stuff that I've gotten since this

happened and before that but so thank you for that doing a lot of like hemming, hawing, and heavy breathing and like beyond swallowing. I'm sort of doing these gulp's that I'm sure are very audible.
