So, it means it makes for a good podcast, I think. Don't they say that's what talk radio

is supposed to be? No matter what, if you have opinion, you stick to it. Well, I can't promise

good talk radio then, because I have been known to change my mind, and honestly, I am doing

it over the waves, over the bits, right now. Talking to a guy that has used a credit card

for years, and then as of literally a month ago at the time of this recording said, debit

card only for me. Oh my gosh, the simplicity, the beauty of it. Y'all should see my budget,

I want to count categories, priorities. It's beautiful. I have, let's see, Barbara wrote

in, she's like, whoa, whoa, Jesse, be careful. The fraud protection is quite different for credit

cards versus debit cards. And it is, one is covered by the FCBA, the fair credit, something,

and the debit cards are protected by the electronic, what's it called? Electronic funds

transfer act, fair credit billing act versus electronic funds transfer act. Okay, first

of all, well, just a couple of thoughts, not first of all, a couple of thoughts to everyone,

not just Barbara. Barbara, thank you for the email, though. That thought is just for you,

but the rest of this is for everybody. Who writes banking laws? Congress, if you're in

I'm talking about in the US, who influences the laws that Congress writes, bankers, right?

Who writes airline laws, airlines? Who writes personal budgeting software laws? I would

hope to, obviously, because then you could make laws that created a nice little competitive
