She is very, very smart and I just had to say that right up front.

It's a pleasure to be here.

And her name is Donna Howell.

And welcome to Prophecy Watchers.

We've got a lot to talk about and a lot of time to talk.

And we're going to discuss a general subject.

What can we call the subject we're talking about today?

We wanted to look at the idea that we've got several different voices that are weighing

in on the question of the Earth's age and whether or not that is even relevant in evangelism

or the long-term redemptive story of Scripture.

So it's kind of a twofold question.

A, just on the voices alone, we have the scientific community saying one thing about how

old the earth is.

We have theologians that are in the old earth and we have theologians in the young earth

camps.

And they're all coming to kind of different conclusions and they're all pointing.

Well, over here, the scientist found proof that the earth is old. Over here here the scientist found proof that the Earth is old.

Over here, a scientist found proof that the Earth is young and everybody's arguing and

and it's a lot more important to the redemptive story and to evangelism than we might think.
