Hello and welcome to Sociology 101. As you can see, we have a guest with us, someone who has been with us quite some time, several times, I should say, and it hasn't been

for quite some time that you've been with us. Braxton Hunter, welcome back to the program, my friend.

So excited to be here, Leighton. Always love coming on your show. And if people don't know,

we're not just people that interact online, as a lot of people do, but we're actually friends. So this is someone I like to hang out with, ask for advice. And so

it's always fun to go on somebody's show, but it's especially fun when it's a friend show.

Absolutely. And we get to work together at Trinity where Braxton is the president of Trinity

Theological Seminary, and he does a great job as kind of, I guess guess, a quasi boss because in the Trinity world,

you are my boss. And so I have to kind of be nice to you. Otherwise, I might get fired. And so I

only ask softball questions to Braxton, as y'all well know. Well, that may, that may technically

be true that I have a higher position at Trinity than Layton does, but any position of authority, I have

offloaded on to Jonathan Pritchett for the purposes of the faculty. So we could say Jonathan's your

boss, which I think that means it just got worse for you. Much, much worse. And thank you for

reminding me of that. That's one of those. Fun things to be reminded of is that Pritchie Prime is my boss.

But oh, there he is.

He said, he says, there's Pritchett right there.

No.

He's both our bosses.

He's both of our bosses.

It is true that I technically serve as a professor as well at Trinity.

He comes and tells me when I'm supposed to grade,

what classes I'm going to teach,

and all those kind of things.
